I’ve been a patient for several years and I am very pleased with my ProSomnus oral appliance to treat my sleep apnea. My oxygen was getting down into the 70’s while sleeping before and now it barely drops at all. The appliance was just as effective as a CPAP during my sleep study, but is much less of a hassle. I don’t really even notice it now while sleeping and it is very easy to travel with.
Dr. Osborne was also very helpful and patient with making the necessary adjustments when I first got the appliance to ensure that it was effective and comfortable.
I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a sleep apnea treatment that is not a CPAP!

Dr. Osborne and his staff are excellent. They took the time to get to know me and my issues and workEd very hard to resolve them. He made me an absolutely perfect custom appliance that has helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend Sleep Easy Dentistry to anyone who is having any issues with sleep apnea. *****

I’ve had sleep apnea for years, but CPAP has not worked for me so it has gone untreated. A trusted friend referred me to Sleep Easy Dentistry and I am so grateful. The team there is extremely knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and professional. I love my new dental appliance and know it is making a difference for my overall health. "When I got married in 2012, I told my wife I felt like I tossed and turned every five minutes at night and could hardly ever fall asleep. She was horrified to see first hand that I snored so loud SHE could not sleep. She watched me stop breathing repeatedly, sometimes for as long as 30 seconds, then I would gasp for air like I was being smothered. Around 2014, my wife took me to the hospital for an overnight sleep study for testing. The nurse confirmed the results showed the worst case of sleep apnea they had ever recorded. It was not a matter of if I would eventually have a heart attack or stroke from lack of oxygen, but when. I bought a C Pap device after much research, and wore it like a air force pilot mask. It forces air down your throat when it tries to close. But it does not work for about half the patients, who find it too claustrophobic and uncomfortable, and I fell into that half. I gave that up around 2015. I got worse, and never had any dreams or deep prolonged sleep and never woke up rested. My wife researched alternatives until she ran across the Sleep Easy Dentistry website, which offered a small oral appliance. We went there to see Dr. Greg Osborne. He explained how this appliance, which resembled a football mouthpiece, would be custom fit for me to gently push my lower jaw forward at night, preventing my throat from closing up and allowing a constant flow of air. I set up a couple of appointments with him and received my custom made oral appliance in 2017. That was over a year ago. The results were instantaneous and phenomenal. I can finally sleep soundly through the night, I dream all the time and I wake up rested. I feel much healthier and have even lost 25 pounds. None of this would have been possible without Dr. Osborne and his tremendous team of professionals. They not only got rid of my horrible sleep apnea, they most likely saved my life. "It is hard to know where to begin to explain why I am so thankful for Sleep Easy and am happy to give a 5 star review! The first thing that comes to mind is that my life has changed for the better because of the treatments given by Dr Osborne and his team and also the evaluation they recommended and subsequent treatments I received from an ENT and neurologist (ENT: Dr Shah at American Sinus Institute. Neurologist: Comprehensive Sleep Medicine Associates. Both were wonderful, comfortable and educational experiences!).
Most of all, I am able to get through each day without counting down the minutes until my kids have a nap or it's time for them to go to bed because I'm so exhausted! I have almost forgotten how frequently my husband would come home and find me asleep on the couch with my two young kids running around while I tried to get some rest because I was just SO tired. My kids are young (2.5 & 4.5 years old) and I have the energy to lay on the floor and read to them or run around and play without feeling like I'm going to fall asleep or just be so wiped out. I feel like I've been given back time to be with my kids and and enjoy life with my family and that is truly the greatest gift.
I also can actually sleep at night without waking constantly. I feel refreshed in the morning and don't wake up with headaches or congestion. I actually am starting to dream again (I hadn't realized how long it'd been since I'd had a dream!). I don't dread going to sleep at night because it is actually restful and not wretchedly restless! I actually have been shocked at how easy it is to fall back asleep at night when I do wake up (mostly due to my two young kids).
It was in a new patient exam where Dr Osborne was asking me what felt like lots of interesting questions for a dentist to ask, but then he mentioned I might have some indicators of sleep apnea. It was interesting to me to hear his thoughts and then I got a brief explanation from Ruben after the exam about how sleep apnea relates to dentistry. It wasn't until a particularly exhausting stretch of days that I desperately drove to get a thorough evaluation from Ruben. His questions and time spent educating me began to bring many different health issues ( arrhythmia, chest pains, stress, depression, heartburn to name a few) to mind and explain how restorative sleep would impact each of these issues in my body. I obviously wasn't getting restorative sleep at that time and I understood generally that sleep is an essential part of how our bodies heal and thrive. All that Dr Osborne and Ruben explained in detail made sense and I appreciated the approach of helping my body to get the rest it needed so it could heal and thrive the way it was designed. There is no pill to take to get the rest your body will get when restful sleep happens naturally!
I could write a lot about how thankful I am for Sleep Easy and I've intended to write this review for a while because I'm just so thankful for Dr Osborne and his staff- Ruben, Courtney, Caroline and Abish have all been excellent and made this long journey easier on me because of their care. Go with confidence to Sleep Easy and know you will be taken care of thoroughly!"

"I never believed my dad would ever agree to this. He is very skeptical of doctors offices and has never trusted them. After his consult at Sleep Easy he found new hope in life. Since his appliance he has become a new person. He’s no longer so short tempered and irritable, he tell me he is able to focus and his blood pressures have been improving. He doesn’t wake up at night and he’s not snoring anymore. My mom is sharing a bedroom with him for the first time in over three years. She had stopped when his snoring was keeping her awake at night. Thank you Ruben and Dr. Osborne"
